      You can choose a replacement mirror of equal or lesser value than your original purchase, based on the price you paid at the time of your order.

      Can I choose a higher-value mirror model or pay the difference to get a more expensive mirror?

      Yes. If you'd like to choose a replacement miror that costs more than your original purchase, you can pay the diference at the time of renewa.
      The value of your old mirror is fuly credited toward the new one. Any additional cost is shown to you clearly before you confirm your renewal

      Is the 5-Year Promise transferable?

      The 5-Year Promise is tied to the original order and household and cannot be transferred to another person.
      If you have moved, simply let us know - your order details are what matter most.

      What if the mirror I want is no longer available?

      If your original mirror is no longer produced, you can choose from our current collection instead.
      Where appropriate, we'll offer a higher-value replacement to ensure a fair and comparable renewal.
